Melissa Squire Fashion Design

Melissa Squire is a diverse brand of handmade clothing and accessories with a focus on sustainability, established in 2007.  Feminine collection consisting of adorable dresses, skirts and tops, beautiful gowns and fabulous flowing shawls. Children’s rompers, overalls, jumpers, dresses, pants and shirts.  Masculine vests, ties and dress shirts.   Accessories made from Upcycled tire include bow ties, cuffs and watch straps, hat bands, necklaces, earrings, belts, suspenders, purses, fascinators and even top hats!  Her newest addition is the her collection of jewelry which she hand carves from avocado pits.

Partnering with Sailor Dan in 2014, Melissa created a collection of garments with his signature ship on them.  Since his passing in 2019 his royalties from the collection are donated to local mental health organizations.

 

Melissa loves working with clients of all ages, shapes, sizes and genders to create pieces that highlight their natural beauty and instil confidence and body positivity.  Melissa’s designs are handmade in her Sask based studio.
