For over 25 years, Capital Tattoo has been operating in the Capilano neighbourhood of Edmonton. Jessica Wright, an accomplished artist, has been the owner for the last 14 years and is proud to continue the legacy  of Capital Tattoo and provide a space for artists to thrive.
